The Gratitude Project

Think about it, I mean really dig deep and think about what it is you are grateful for.  Not just today but for every day.  The only way we ever will be happy with the things we have is to be grateful for them.  If you want to receive and be grateful for more things; be grateful.  Be in the moment.  Enjoy the memory, the activity, the position, the life you want to create; be grateful. 


I want you to wake up every morning before you give your body and legs a stretch and think of at least three things you are grateful for.  Every night as you lay your head down on that comfy pillow think of what happened today that you are grateful for.  Start and end each of your days this way.  To be grateful is to be present, to be accountable, and to have the ability to accept gratefulness in whatever way, shape or form.
Today I am grateful for gut instincts, sunshine, laughter, positive energy.
