Love Yourself


Take a good long look at yourself in the mirror.  Once you have been staring at yourself for a few minutes take a good long look at your body again.  I mean really look at it.  Note a place on your head that you like anything from your hair to your eyes your ears your chin etc.  Once you have chosen a place on your head that you like study it.  Look at the colour of it, the way it feels and the natural light that shines on it.  Take a deep breath.  Pick a spot on your body you like, it could be your muscle definition in your arms, your breasts, your belly, your butt, your legs or your feet.  Study it.  Take a deep breath in and out. 

You are beautiful.  You are unique.  You are perfection.  Start seeing it.  Start believing it.  Keep practicing this and eventually you won’t see any flaws you will only see perfection.  This is a healthy state you have entered.  

Love yourself every single day.  Love how you look, love your mental and emotional being.  Once you have begun to love yourself amazing changes will start to happen to you and around you. 

Love yourself and more people will begin to love you.
