Don't Get Caught, Get Out
Negativity and drama are two of the worst things possible to
allow yourself to get caught up in. It’s
bad for your emotional and physical wellbeing.
It’s so easy to get caught up in who is doing what, who slept with who,
who is doing a bad job at work, who did what and said that. Do yourself a favor (and everyone else) and
butt out and get out.
Don’t allow yourself to get tangled in a web of broken telephone. It brings you down and everyone else around you. You’re fueling the fire by allowing yourself to sit there and listen to it. Walk away or meditate your way out of it. Don’t acknowledge the spider or the web around it.

It’s amazing what tuning out can do. Start focusing on something else and allow
yourself to feel what you are focusing on that way you are able to stay free
from the web and be a better person.
