Let it Go

Let it go. Let every last negative thought and vibe that has entered your soul and let it go.  Breathe it out as easily as you breathed it in.  Take the time to notice and learn from what it is that you are holding onto and let it be. 
Is it a broken friendship that has been hanging by a thread for weeks, months, years? Is it a spousal relationship that you are just settling for because you don't want to be alone or think that you deserve better? Is it your job that you dread getting up for and is sucking every last bit of energy out of you?


Why is it so imperative that you keep holding onto these things?  It is taking so much more energy to hold onto these things and requires way more work to take these with you every day.  Perhaps it is guilt that you're holding onto.  Why is it that you are feeling guilty for a friend that hasn't bothered to notice a big change happening in your life? Or that you needed them weeks ago when something happened to you or your family? Why are you feeling guilty leaving your spouse when they make you feel like nothing or don't pay attention to your needs? Why are you feeling guilty leaving a job that does nothing for you, you're at the highest pay rate and aren't going to make more or that there's no opportunity for growth?


Take the time to ask yourself why you are holding onto something if it isn't worth holding on to?
