Hope

Every once in awhile there comes that time in our lives where we need it.  We become zombie like and forget all the positive things that are surrounding us on a daily basis. We become numb to the fact of the negative or unwanted and yet we continue walking around like this for days, weeks or months.  It takes one small word that can change all of that and make us rethink and reprogram our brains into what used to once be a negative thing now into hope.
We all need a little bit of hope in our lives it's just a matter of when and what that can give it to us.  I sometimes believe that we underestimate the word hope and what it actually does to us.  Forget the fact that you cannot find a reason to keep going, forget the fact that you are miserable, forget the fact that you're thousands of dollars in debt, forget the fact that your health may not be where you want it to be and remember what is most important in your life right this moment; hope.  

Hold onto that word and utilize it to its' maximum potential.  Turn your grief into something magnificent. Turn your miserable self out of that slump and get back out there and be the best that you can be.  I'm not saying it's easy, hell I'll be honest with you it's going to be hard sometimes it'll even feel impossible but remember it is possible and hope changes you.  Let it change you, let it heal you, let it mobilize you to keep going and being that person everyone around you knows you to be.  Hope isn't something you can get rid of once you start.  Breathe it, feel it, embrace it.
