Let It Go

That feeling we get when we are overwhelmed, nervous, scared or anxious.  That moment where we panic just enough that our heart races a mile a minute.  That sense we feel that no longer can we control what happens around us.  In that space, that moment, those seconds it is then where we need to just breathe and trust in the universe that everything will turn out the way it is supposed to and that it is okay to be exactly where we are.
Inhale all of the unknown that worries, scares or creates that panic and exhale all of those things that no longer serve you.  Breathe in and be just as you are.  The only thing that you need to be in control of is you, your breath and your reaction.  The universe is your friend not your enemy.  The universe is you and you only.  Do not let the worry or fear get the best of you.  Acknowledge its' existence and let it go.

The universe is constant.  Constantly creating, moving, feeling, loving and being.  Just as you are. You are exactly all of that and more.  Nothing or no one can control that but you.  Don't panic or stress just be.  Be all that you are and all that you want to be and the rest will follow.
