Pay It Forward

It's the small things in life that count the most.  Like letting someone else go ahead of you in a long line up, paying for someone's coffee, or a small thoughtful card for someone who needs it.  Our world is already full of too many cynical, miserable people and it is our time to make a change and reverse this cruel system into happy fulfilled people.
It doesn't have to be much.  It can be as simple as holding the door open for someone instead of shutting it in their face.  Or maybe it could be letting someone else go through the drivethru before you.  We are all so consumed in rushing and getting to our destinations so quickly that we are forgetting the importance of what is right in front of us.  The girl in front of you paying for her Walmart purchases could actually be suffering through an abusive relationship.  The mother with the screaming child could actually be going through an antagonizing loss.  Maybe that little boy in dirty clothes doesn't even have somewhere to wash his clothes.

There are always others going through something traumatic, stressful, horrible things in life and it is up to you and I to make a small difference in their worlds.  I am certainly not asking you to pay for someone's entire stack of groceries or to continually be on the looks for someone in need.  I am simply just asking you to stop and notice what is in front of you and do something that makes you feel good.  Chances are, doing this will actually make you feel like you're a better person but most importantly it will have a ripple effect on that person as well.

Our world can be a better place, the people in our lives are incredible, you are an amazing person.  Pay it forward, make a difference.
