Dedication to You

In our busy lives we often become tired more, stressed always and out of shape easily.  We forget to make time for ourselves and always make excuses for reasons why we don't deserve the time.  We become guilty just for even thinking that we deserve that quality "me time." Excuses become endless, accountability becomes nothing, and that "me time" you so desperately deserve now becomes an excuse of "I'll do it later."
Everyone in this world needs time for themselves.  How can we better ourselves and become a better version of ourselves if we constantly lack the things in our life that make us stressed less, fit more and happier? Time for yourself isn't selfish especially when you have a family or spouse. In order to be the best version of you you have to make sure you take care of you first.  There's no point in doing a shitty job at taking care of your spouse is there?

Stress is a huge factor in our society.  We often hear of meltdowns, breakdowns, anxiety attacks, depression, sadness...the list is endless.  What we don't hear of much is how we deal with our stress.  Encouraging yourself to make it through those tough days, weeks, or months we need to find something that makes us forget about all our troubles.  Something that makes us feel like a kid again, or something that wraps you up and consumes you into a happy place.  Stress is one of the reasons why we are so tired all of the time.  We need to break the trend and begin finding an easier, less complicated version of you.

Make it simple.  Try something, anything, challenging.  Get up off your ass and stop your excuses. Tomorrow isn't another day if you can't make it through today.
